1) The parties here listed specifically agree that this contract is for marketing space on the named Area Map and are not for the sale of goods. Cartoon Communities shall undertake all photography (unless business agrees to upload photos) and graphics involved in producing the maps.
2) Cartoon Communities shall distribute 5,000 to 7,000 full-color maps for the above-named area and surrounding areas as per sample town.
3) From the printing, Cartoon Communities shall provide, at no additional cost, up to 50 maps to the undersigned business.
4) The undersigned shall be notified when maps have been delivered to the distributor so that the appropriate arrangements may be made to receive maps.
5) The contract is non-cancellable by the undersigned during the contract period and the undersigned acknowledges full and complete understanding of the terms contained herein; the undersigned further acknowledges upon signing of the contract that he or she has not relied upon any promise, statement, or representation other than as contained between the parties.
6) The undersigned will receive an emailed copy of this Sales Order Invoice.
7) Final artwork is at the sole discretion of the artist. Jon B. Hanley has specific rights to combine any areas in order to make the map financially possible to produce.
8) Delivery is approximately 180 days from the date of the last order received within Area Map boundaries.

9) The undersigned agrees to the recurring annual billing as noted above to be renewed annually unless cancelled by emailing reservations@cartoon-communities.com no less than 14 days before the recurring payment date.

10) Logos, photos, and artwork are to be emailed to reservations@cartoon-communities.com if not uploaded to the contract upon signing/payment.
